Kyle A. Van Slyke practices personal injury litigation, including transportation liability, construction and general premises liabilities, DRAM shop liability, and medical malpractice. He is a dedicated advocate for injured persons.
Kyle enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a paralegal before his selection to become a Marine Officer. After he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, he accepted his commission and continued his military service. After nine years of service and one deployment to Afghanistan, Kyle received an honorable discharge from the military as a Captain. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University, Maurer School of Law. While in law school, Kyle competed in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition and was a semi-finalist in the Indiana State Bar Association Moot Court Competition, where he argued in front of the Indiana Court of Appeals.
Kyle is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
